Christy Shelper creates unique entertainment as a performer, coach, aerial consultant, choreographer and producer. Christy Shelper has had a long and illustrious career for one so young. She began performing at the age of seven with the Flying Fruit Fly Circus and then went onto creating the aerial performance company Airated with sister Anna in 1995. This company performed extensively in Australia and South East Asia.

In 1997 Christy studied with renowned aerial coach, Andre Simard, the master trainer for Cirque du Soleil which eventuated into her being invited to join Cirque’s show “Quidam” where she performed her solo cloudswing act for millions of spectators.

Since returning to Australia Christy has choreographed the aerial segment in the Opening Ceremony of the 18th Arabian Gulf Cup (United Arab Emirates); and performed the feature role “Stella” in the Opening Ceremony for the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games. Christy also coached the lead character for his aerial routine in this ceremony.

Christy is now available to perform her stunning Cloudswing act for Australian audiences.
