Tania de Jong AM is a leading Australian soprano and social entrepreneur. She founded Creativity Australia and Creative Universe to inspire people to find their voice and to improve wellbeing, engagement and innovation in organisations and communities. She has a Bachelor of Law (Honours) from the University of Melbourne and is a graduate of Victorian College of the Arts. Her numerous awards include Ernst and Young Australian Social Entrepreneur of the Year as Founder of The Song Room.
She was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia in 2008 and named Brainlink Woman of Achievement in 2009. Tania consults to multinational organizations on creative leadership and innovation, works with a range of migrants and disadvantaged communities to build social capital through the acclaimed “With One Voice” choir social inclusion programs and performs nationally and internationally with her group Pot-Pourri and event production company Music Theatre Australia. She presents keynote speeches in Australia and internationally for a diverse range of conferences and events. She is Founder and Executive Producer of Creative Innovation 2010 and 2011.

Peter Kronborg
Peter Kronborg has been a successful Director and Strategic Leadership Advisory professional since 1986.
As Chair of Kronborg Leadership Advisors, he mentors individuals and provides consulting advice to companies or boards in the private and public sector, as well as government and NFP organisations. He is valued for his unique, innovative and integrated solutions on strategic, governance or organisation development, as well as on the appointment or leadership development of directors and senior executives.
Previously, Peter was the Founding Executive Chair of Oppeus International in 2002, which became recognised as a nationally successful BRW Fast 100! Company and provided Strategic Leadership Advice in the domains of Talent, Organisation, Governance and Remuneration.
Commencing his career as a lawyer with leading commercial law firm, Allens Arthur Robinson, and then as a corporate lawyer with the multibillion dollar diversified food group Carnation/Nestlé International, Peter's career expanded into marketing, corporate development, general management and director roles. After 10 years experience in marketing and manufacturing, he became Head of Corporate Strategy for the Myer Group before it developed into Coles Myer the largest retail group in Australia. Subsequently he embarked on a consulting career with Egon Zehnder International, prior to being appointed as a Managing Partner, Melbourne of Korn/Ferry International, the world’s largest executive search group, which listed on the NYSE at the time.
As a Director, Peter is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Victorian Councillor since 2004. He is Deputy Chair of Creativity Australia and Strategic Advisor to Creative Innovation Global and the Creative Innovation 2011 international conference. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Public Administration in Australia and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries.
Peter was on the Advisory Board of Centre for International Corporate Governance Research. He is a past President of the Melbourne University Business School Alumni and a former Director of the Melbourne Business School, as well as a Founder of the Advisory Board for the De Bono Institute in 2002. He is active in a variety of community interests and is a state and national Director of the Royal Flying Doctor Service in Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Jurisprudence and Bachelor of Laws from Monash University, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Melbourne.
Peter is a highly respected advisor to boards ranging from Parks Victoria through to BHP Billiton. He is an outstanding mentor to leaders and emerging leaders and loves to help people unlock their full potential in work and life. One of his peak experiences was kayaking in Antarctica.
