Ben Price is an Australian comedian, impersonator and MC who brings recognisable voices and characters into live comedy. He began experimenting with impressions at the age of ten and built a repertoire spanning film, television, sport and public life. His characters have included Dr Phil, Austin Powers, Sean Connery, John Cleese, Tom Cruise and animated favourites such as Shrek, Donkey and Homer Simpson.
Ben reached the grand final of Australia’s Got Talent in 2011. His television appearances have included A Current Affair, Stand Up Australia, Sunrise, The Morning Show, Today and The Footy Show. He has also taken his impressions to radio, advertising campaigns and live promotional appearances.
His performance history extends from Australian comedy festivals to overseas engagements, including Dangerfield’s in New York. At the Global Financial Education Summit in Sydney and Melbourne, he performed a Terminator warm-up in front of Arnold Schwarzenegger. His live shows have explored celebrity impersonation and musical comedy, with Melbourne International Comedy Festival seasons including The Melbourne Musical, Who Am I?, Best Show Ever and later Ben Price Live productions.
Ben’s advertising work has included campaigns for Toyota, Holden and Just Jeans, as well as a Bear Grylls character for the Caravan and Camping Show. His corporate client history includes Telstra, AMP, Commonwealth Bank, Mercedes-Benz, Microsoft, Tourism Australia and Cadbury.
