Jen Hawley is a troubadour extraordinaire! Best known for her work as a guitarist and vocalist, Jen’s diverse performances range from sublime jazz ensembles to fabulous roving characters. Jen has been playing in bands around Australia for the past ten years and has established a fine reputation as a guitarist, singer and children’s performer. She trained in classical guitar, studied jazz with Bruce Clarke and has been teaching and entertaining for many years. During the last 5 years Jen has also made a name for herself as a guitar workshop tutor at community music events. She performs regularly with Terry Cole as a stilt walker and circus musician, and is also a member of many bands including Mike Jackson’s Flying Wombat Band, Flirting Mazurkas, Great Chefs of Europe, Ruby and Ginger and Skirl.
