Sam Mac is a clever, quick witted radio and TV presenter who holds his own in the company of the big names of the industry.

Sam first drew national attention appearing as the Perth Host on the 'Metro Whip' for Channel Ten's '7PM Project.' He is a permanent member of The Project team, and does regular live crosses and field stories, from being the subject of a sleep deprivation feature to interviewing Will Ferrell and co-hosting on the desk.

Sam is also the regular reporter on Ten’s brekkie show Wake Up covering news and entertainment and putting his own signature twist on interviews.

Sam did two years in Perth on Austereo's 'Lisa, Baz and Sam show’. He then moved to Sydney where he co-hosted The Nova breakfast program with Kate Ritchie.

Originally from Adelaide, Sam got his big break in radio in 2002 when he won the SAFM 'Who wants To Be a Co Host on Air' competition. This led to his own late night show on SAFM. From there he joined Triple M's 'Wil and Lehmo' show as their writer, panel operator and on-air segment host. In 2007 Sam hosted Austereo's National 'Hot 30 Countdown'.

Sam’s creative drive and diverse talent can be seen on Fox Sports’ B League, a series of entertaining segments based on the world of soccer.

Sam is a regular on the Perth and Sydney MC circuits, hosting many A-League and Socceroos events; a match made in heaven for a funny guy with a passion for all things sport.
