Jenny Brockie is a multi-award winning journalist and documentary maker with more than 20 years experience in quality broadcasting.

Jenny currently hosts Insight on SBS TV, where she facilitates a lively discussion each week involving more than 50 people.

Jenny began her broadcasting career with ABC television and radio news. She has presented the morning radio show on 702 ABC Sydney as well as her own interview series for Speaking Personally’for ABC TV.

Jenny has reported extensively both nationally and internationally for current affairs programs including Four Corners and Nationwide. Her feature length television documentaries have won numerous awards. Her ground breaking film COP IT SWEET about Sydney’s Redfern police won the coveted Gold Walkley, an AFI Award, a Logie, a Human Rights Award and the NSW Law Society Award. She has won many other prestigious awards, including a United Nations Association Media Peace Prize for her work on Insight.

Jenny is in strong demand as a facilitator, interviewer and speaker in both the public and private sectors having worked with clients such as the Royal Australian Institute of Architects, Gold Coast City Council Urban Design Conference, GHD Engineering, Macfarlane Burnet Institute for Medical Research and Public Health, the Banksia Environmental Foundation, Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Agency, Housing NSW, Australian Housing and Urban Research Institute and Film Victoria to name a few.
