Jaynie Seal is one of Australia’s most accomplished and popular media personalities. Well-known in her current role as the weather presenter for Sydney’s Channel Nine News, Jaynie has been a familiar and trusted figure on the small screen for many years.

Her career in the media has included presenting, reporting and producing and she was part of the original team for the Weather Channel when it launched in 1999. She has worked on the Footy Show, Kerri-Anne Kennelly, Lotto, Fresh, and The Today Show.

In radio she has worked extensively as a voice over artist and singer for most of Sydney’s top rating commercial radio stations.

A talented dancer and singer Jaynie has been involved in ABC for Kids, Walt Disney and Warner productions throughout Australia and Asia and has danced with Kylie Minogue and Thelma Houston. In 2009 Jaynie became an Ambassador for Sydney Children’s Hospital and has campaigned tirelessly to support children’s causes for many years.

Her other achievements include Ambassador for the Autumn Racing Carnival in 2008 and MC for this year’s Fashions in the Field, MC for Seniors Week activities and Jazz in the Domain, appearances and performances at several large Christmas carol shows and Australia Day events and at numerous charity and community events.
