- 6 x 2 hour sessions (6 week period)

- 3 full days (3 week period)

Shorter courses can also be delivered in one day, or even half day sessions.

You will Learn:

- Why the purpose of your team is most important

- The ground rules to maintain an effective team

- How teams develop and why this matters

- What to do when tension breaks down communication

- The qualities of a great team member, team leader and manager
